Education & Training

I earned dual Master's degrees — a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science in Business. This unique combination of clinical training and business acumen has allowed me to build a practice that is not only therapeutically sound but also organized, accessible, and client-centered.

Experience & Expertise

My career began at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based behavioral health.

For over 28 years, I've helped individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate complex behavioral, workplace, and life challenges. My experience includes private practice, organizational consulting, executive coaching, military family support, crisis response, higher education, and behavioral health leadership.

Today, I combine clinical expertise with organizational insight to help people, teams, and workplaces communicate more effectively, navigate change, strengthen resilience, and perform at their best.
